Since as long as she can remember, Andrea has had an equal heartfelt passion for natural health and expressing creativity. Continuing the path to natural health and wellness, in 2006, she began practicing yoga while simultaneously expanding her knowledge in Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, herbology, massage techniques, lymphatic drainage and body treatments. Andrea has since furthered her Yoga training travelling to Ciudad Real, Spain earning a certification in Aerial Yoga. This knowledge and expertise allows her to offer a unique and specialized Yoga practice. Andrea refuses to live life restricted under limitations because things “don’t seem” to go together and has decided to combine all her passions into an unlikely but brilliant business meshing yoga + spa + events to create Your Urban Yogi .

Maureen Daigle-Weaver began her study of yoga in 1975 after the birth of her first child and still continues her practice today. In 1981 she adopted the practice of journaling for personal problem solving as a component of the inner work associated with her holistic practice of yoga. In her personal quest for enlightenment, inner peace, and an enriched life experience, Maureen founded InnerQuest Yoga in 1993. In addition to her yoga expertise and background, Maureen has a B.A. from the University of Toronto. She holds certifications in Kripalu Yoga, Polarity Therapy, Hendricks’s Body Centered Psychotherapy, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Kripalu Bodywork, and Danskinetics.
