Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request your consideration for your service provider in giving us at least 48 hours notice in cancelling and/or rescheduling your appointment.

Upon failing to provide us the required notice more than once we will be forced to bill you for 50% of the service(s) that  you have missed; this will charged to either your credit card, gift certificate or client account.  As this creates such an awkward situation for both of us we ask that you please keep your appointment or reschedule it with sufficient notice.

In consideration of other clients, we also reserve the right to reduce or reschedule your appointment(s) if you arrive more than 15 minutes past the appointment start time.  This will not result in a discounted price for the shortened time and will be considered a missed appointment if it requires a reschedule.
